The 1977 film Star Wars, also titled Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, was written, produced, and directed by George Lucas. Star Wars became one of the most iconic films in history and started a giant film franchise. Moreover, the film became the most influential and biggest pop culture phenomenon. The band has heavily expanded into merchandise, toys, comic books, video games, and amusement park attractions. The story first came to Lucas in 1971, and several years later, filming began with an 11 million dollar budget. After Star Wars premiered, the film grossed over 700 million dollars, making it one of the biggest commercial successes of the time.

The versatile music artist has been listed in CBC’s “30 Hot Canadian Classical Musicians Under 30.” Choinière is a highly versatile musician who is also a pianist, a concert producer, and a composer.
