Celeste Barber is performing throughout 2022, bringing her unique sarcasm and honesty to jokes, quips and witticisms as she talks frankly about the tabooer embarrassments of life in her ‘Fine, Thanks’ tour. Now crowned as the ‘Australian Queen of Comedy’ Celeste Barber first captured the online world through her original celebrity parody Instagram account, posing in copied images of celebrities with a ‘real’ woman stance, often with hilarious outcomes. The humour and relatability Barber portrayed attracted over 8.1 million followers and in 2017 she won the digital platform WhoHaHa.com’s ‘Funniest Lady on Instagram’. In 2019 Variety Magazine dubbed her as one of their ’10 comics to Watch’ Awards, particularly after her success with her one woman show ‘Challenge Accepted!’. In 2017 she premiered her one woman show and her New York show was recorded for her Showtime special. This gained Barber even more fans and when her show returned to Sydney in 2019 it was a sold-out performance at the iconic Sydney Opera House. Barber has also collaborated and created podcasts, one of her latest titled ‘Celeste and Her Best’. So, Join Barber on her ‘Fine, Thanks’ tour to experience her new material live, to have belly laughs and be reminded that we can all take ourselves a little too seriously and should lighten up.
